Kenia founded Elite Women Surrogacy in 2017 and has been a surrogate mother twice herself before; an experience that positively affected her outlook on helping others and what it means to create something with unity and compassion. Kenia has worked in the surrogacy field for several years and built a vision for the agency around the values of family, advocacy, transparent communication, and compassion.Kenia believes surrogacy is an amazing and priceless experience and loves sharing her journey with anyone who is interested in hearing it; the good, the bad and everything else in between.
On her free time, Kenia enjoys vacationing in Cabo with her three children and husband, exercising and practicing different meditation techniques.
Karen Alvarez
Consultant
Karen has been with Elite Women Surrogacy since late 2020 as a consultant and helping with our content marketing. With a Masters degree in Social Work from CSULB and B.A in Child Development, Karen’s passion for assisting family’s started during her career as a social worker. Karen joined the EWS team excited to focus on the idea of supporting people who wish to complete their families.
Karen believes in the value of community building, and loves being a part of a team who provides support and assistance to people going through fertility struggles.
On her free time, Karen enjoys traveling, reading autobiograhies and spending time in nature with her two children, husband and dog.
