A surrogate should be between the ages of 23-38
Have a BMI at 30 or lower
Have had at least one birth but no more than 5 previous live births
No more than 2 c-sections
Uncomplicated pregnancy history
Carried baby(s) to full term
Great family support system and financially stable.
Ability to travel as needed for surrogacy appointments
No felony convictions
No smoking or illicit drug use
Receive no governmental assistance
Complete background checks
Complete a psychological evaluation and medical workup
No untreated addiction, abuse (child, sexual or physical), depression, eating disorders or traumatic pregnancy, labor and/or delivery
